Day to Day
Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Support contractor to join a large retail client in New York City. This contractor will be responsible for helping resolve tickets on the desktop team. They will be troubleshooting level 3 issues, password resets, programs not working, connecting to video conferences and overall windows based issues. They will sit alongside a team of 2, supporting around 30 tickets a day across 500 end users in NYC and fully remote on the corporate side. This role will be onsite five days a week supporting 3 locations in Manhattan daily.
Salary : $30 - $37
