Insight Global's client is hiring an IT Operations Analyst to join a team responsible for monitoring enterprise systems, coordinating incident response, managing production alerts, and ensuring critical business processes stay on track.
Preferred Experience:
- 2 years of experience in Help Desk, Service Desk, IT Operations, NOC (Network Operations Center), Production Support, or Command Center environments
- Experience supporting production systems in a fast-paced environment
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Monitor enterprise job scheduling and workload automation platforms
- Investigate and resolve production job failures
- Execute job restarts, modifications, and recovery procedures
- Monitor alerts, dashboards, and business-critical processing activities
- Create and manage incidents through IT Service Management tools
- Support daily production operations and batch processing
- Participate in high-priority incident response and bridge calls
- Assist with rack-and-stack projects, cabling, and data center infrastructure tasks
- Support data integrations, file transfers, and enterprise workflows
- Maintain runbooks, operational procedures, and documentation
