IT Specialist

We're partnering with a growing global manufacturing organization to hire an IT Specialist who will serve as the primary IT contact for a Tennessee facility while supporting additional U.S. locations. This role works closely with a global Service Desk team, including colleagues based in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Support Windows environments, user accounts, ERP user administration, and basic end-user training.
• Maintain connectivity between office, warehouse, and production-floor systems.
• Support production-related computer systems in partnership with central IT teams.
• Troubleshoot and maintain workstations, industrial PCs, thermal printers, barcode scanners, laptops, and other end-user devices.
• Manage IT assets and assist with IT projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years of IT support experience.
• Experience supporting both office and manufacturing/production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with:
• Windows operating systems
• Printers, barcode scanners, and peripheral devices
• Basic networking
• ERP user support/administration
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Eagerness to learn and take ownership of local IT operations.
• Ability to travel occasionally within the U.S.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours/weekend support.

Additional Details:

• Fully onsite role
• $60k - $70k base salary
