Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Imaging Scheduler to join a large healthcare provider in Fort Worth Texas. You will be responsible for the following: Handle 35–40 patient calls and emails per day Schedule imaging appointments (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, ultrasounds) Send appointment confirmations Perform reminder and follow-up calls Manage clerical documentation and email tracking Communicate documentation needs and appointment details Ensure accurate data entry in EMR and scheduling systems Provide friendly and professional service to patients Maintain clear and empathetic communication
Salary : $20 - $23
