Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join a leading facility services team in Danbury, CT. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC systems and performing general building maintenance tasks to ensure optimal site performance. You will work closely with site leadership to coordinate minor improvements and maintain a safe, efficient environment.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
- Diagnose and resolve operational and logistical issues.
- Perform general building maintenance (lighting, plumbing, painting).
- Coordinate and schedule minor site improvement tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
