We’re seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage both administrative and strategic HR functions. This role covers recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and screen candidates; manage pre-boarding and onboarding
- Administer benefits enrollment and payroll updates
- Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Support employee relations, performance appraisals, and policy development
- Handle HR reporting, audits, and licensure verification
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 2–3 years HR experience (healthcare preferred)
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ADP experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills and discretion with confidential information
