About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee full-cycle project management for commercial and multifamily construction projects. This role requires a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contractual obligations.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor agreements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years as a Project Manager for a General Contractor.
- Industry Background: Commercial or multifamily construction projects.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
