Foreclosure Specialist

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Specialist to join their dynamic Foreclosure team. In this role, you’ll manage high-priority foreclosure cases, collaborate with attorneys and internal departments, and ensure compliance with all regulations. You’ll play a critical part in evaluating foreclosure figures, addressing litigation matters, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage foreclosure cases from pre-foreclosure through post-foreclosure stages.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Capital Markets, REO, Bankruptcy, Accounting, Collateral) and third-party servicers.
• Evaluate and approve foreclosure figures, including judgment amounts, bidding instructions, reinstatement quotes, and payoff calculations.
• Communicate daily with the Director of Asset Management and foreclosure attorneys.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in software systems.
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure regulations and stay current on legislative changes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 years of relevant experience with direct foreclosure expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Judicial and Non-Judicial foreclosure processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple loans simultaneously.

Compensation:

$80,000/yr to $100,000/yr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
