Facilities Engineer (1st Shift)

Position: Facilities Engineer 1

Shift: 1st shift 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Monday - Friday (On-call required)

Pay Rate: $31 - $36

Must Haves:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a facilities function
• Extensive commercial HVAC experience
• Universal certification
• Experience with a Building Automation System (BAS) (Trane / Johnson Control / Siemens)
• Electrical experience
• Plumbing experience
• Lives within the Western Region (20-40 miles west of Chicago)
• Critical thinking skills

Plusses

• Stationary engineering experience, working with low pressure boilers

Day to Day:

The candidate is required to provide maintenance and repair for all HVAC equipment within the defined properties in the NM portfolio. Additionally, the candidate is responsible for the day to day maintenance and repair functions of the off campus medical and administrative buildings. They must be comfortable rotating to multiple properties, and potentially dispatched to perform services to buildings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
