Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor fabrication equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Prepare materials and tooling to meet applied standards.
- Perform periodic quality checks and visual inspections based on device-specific criteria.
- Record and maintain accurate production data.
- Identify and address non-compliant materials or abnormal events per specifications.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams during shifts.
- Contribute to process improvements and participate in working groups.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety regulations.
- Meet production targets using effective decision-making and prioritization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or cleanroom environments preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in a shift-based schedule.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
Compensation: $25/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
