Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Executive Assistant to support two Directors overseeing shipboard IT systems for a major cruise line client. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional interested in operations, technology, and project coordination within a dynamic maritime and travel environment.
The role is primarily focused on calendar management, scheduling, meeting support, documentation, and junior-level project coordination and business analysis. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to IT operations that support cruise ships globally.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars for two Directors, including prioritizing meetings across time zones
- Schedule internal and external meetings, coordinating attendees, conference rooms, and virtual links
- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items and follow-ups, and internal documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for scheduling and logistical coordination
- Attend meetings related to shipboard IT systems, operations, and projects
Must Haves
- Current college students would need to be able to work 40 hour work week (3-4 days in person)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with calendars, meetings, and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools
- Willingness to work in-office 3–4 days per week in Santa Clarita
This role will be offering between $25-30/hr depending on experience and education.
