Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, communications, and daily priorities with precision
- Lightly support e-commerce operations — coordinating vendors, tracking orders, managing timelines
- Organize and maintain files, systems, and workflows so nothing falls through the cracks
- Handle logistics, errands, and in-person tasks as needed (valid driver's license required)
- Research, draft communications, and prepare materials on short notice
- Identify gaps before they become problems — and solve them
Additional Qualifications:
- Proven experience supporting executives or working in an operations-adjacent EA role
- A background in e-commerce — you understand the rhythm of an online business - not mandatory
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational systems
- Proactive and efficient — you take initiative and follow through without hand-holding
- Flexible and adaptable — comfortable shifting from remote to in-person on a weekly basis
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
