Insight Global is looking for a Executive Assistant that is interested in working for a global public holding company with four fashion brands, seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support its CEO and senior leadership team in San Francisco.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth executive operations, managing high‑level scheduling, and maintaining a well‑run office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and scheduling priorities
- Coordinate and organize board meetings and earnings calls
- Handle travel arrangements, expense reporting, and executive logistics
- Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership and stakeholders
- Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, snacks, and light upkeep (e.g., plants)
- Support communication across leadership teams and brand leaders
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day administrative and operational flow
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Compensation:
$100,000 - $116,000
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
