Program Manager

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of Technical Program Management experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives, ideally in AI, ML, or automation‑heavy environments
• Proven ability to own end‑to‑end delivery of AI agents, from design through production rollout (e.g., internal platforms like Mosaic, troubleshooting agents)
• Strong experience translating business workflows into agentic execution models, including task decomposition, orchestration, and guardrails
• Solid technical fluency in systems design, architecture, APIs, and modern cloud-based platforms (AWS preferred)
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL (technical depth without requiring hands-on coding)
• Experience partnering closely with data science, engineering, product, and operations teams
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence to drive execution rigor and documentation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prior AdTech or MarTech experience, especially supporting campaign execution or advertising platforms
• Experience with large tech companies (e.g., Salesforce or similar scaled environments)
• Familiarity with Large Language Models, including AdTech-specific or internal ChatGPT-style tools
• Experience driving platform simplification or legacy system deprecation initiatives

Job Description

As a Technical Program Manager, AI, you will lead the end-to-end execution of Generative AI agents that power both internal operations and client-facing capabilities. This role focuses on transforming manual, complex business workflows into scalable, agent-driven execution models that reduce operational friction and shorten campaign lead times (currently 2–3 weeks). You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to deliver AI agents safely and effectively, define success metrics, and ensure measurable business impact. A key responsibility will be driving deprecation roadmaps for redundant legacy tools, tables, and processes, ensuring clean migrations without introducing parallel systems. You will act as the execution backbone for the AI roadmap—surfacing risks early, aligning initiatives to platform standards, and ensuring AI solutions improve efficiency, maintainability, and long-term scalability.

This position is onsite 4x a week in Denver, CO

Annual compensation for this position starts at $160K
