REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 years experience as a Level 1 helpdesk associate
- Experience using ticketing systems to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in Office 365
- Access control experience with GPO or AD Groups
-Experience using MS Teams and other platforms ex. Slack, Zoom, etc.
-Recent hands-on experience supporting dial-in conference rooms to connect virtual users
JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a Level 1 Desktop Associate to work for one of our large Asset Management clients to sit in New York. This person needs to be onsite 5 days a week and have experience in a similar role with over two years' experience. The team is currently working on a Windows 11 migration and day to day activities will include troubleshooting hardware and software problems and supporting operations. The person who takes on this role should have an interest in a career in IT or Infrastructure and needs to be very self-driven as this person will be working independently.
$27-30/hr based off of experience.
Salary : $27 - $32
