We are seeking an Entry Level Logistics Sales Representative to join a growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing leads, making cold calls, and building relationships with customers and carriers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify leads using ZoomInfo and internal platforms.
- Make 60 outbound calls per day or achieve 6 hours of talk time.
- Identify decision-makers and build strong customer relationships.
- Work within a cradle-to-grave model: manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate with a small, close-knit team to meet KPIs and drive revenue.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Adapt to coaching and feedback to improve performance.
