Position: Division Quality Manager

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 base 20% bonus stock
Must Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience implementing and improving quality programs in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF standards.
• Experience with PPAP, PFMEA, and core quality tools.
• Proven experience leading teams of quality professionals.
• Strong customer-facing experience and ability to manage escalations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• ASQ Certification (CQE, CSSBB, or Certified Quality Manager).
• Experience building or improving quality management systems.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with supplier quality and cross-functional collaboration.
Position Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a Division Quality Manager to lead the quality function for a large manufacturing division within a Fortune 250 manufacturing company. This role will be responsible for establishing and optimizing the quality management system, driving a culture of quality and accountability, and improving overall product and process performance. This individual will play a key role in addressing customer escalations and implementing structured quality standards across the division.
Responsibilities may include:
• Lead and manage the division’s quality team, including Quality Engineers and QA leadership.
• Establish and improve the Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001 and IATF standards.
• Drive resolution of customer quality issues and lead corrective action efforts.
• Implement quality strategies to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Partner with leadership to assess team performance and build capabilities.
• Coordinate and lead internal, customer, and third-party audits.
• Maintain corrective action systems and ensure root cause analysis is completed.
• Implement performance metrics to track quality, customer satisfaction, and cost of poor quality.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on supplier quality strategy and performance.
• Partner with Engineering on new product development and design quality.
