Required Skills & Experience
- 2 yrs of experience with a bachelor degree or additional years of experience
- Proficiency with: Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Office 365/M365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, AutoPilot imaging, JAMF, ServiceNow (preferred), Teams Rooms support of Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), imaging tools, and break/fix procedures
- Strong understanding of asset management, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes. - Experience setting up Teams conferencing rooms
- Printer support
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- 5 days a week on site
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- CompTIA A , HDI-SCA, or Apple’s Device Support and Deployment & Management certifications - Experience supporting c-level
Job Description
Responsible for working as part of a team that supports the delivery of technology services to the organization and ensuring an appropriate level of service is delivered. Provides support for the company's technologies and recommends improvements. Works closely with stakeholders to obtain supporting information and data to develop a consistent view of product performance, quality and operational support functions. Contributes to estimates on work in a timely manner and delivers against them. Administrator for end user technologies including workstation design, installation, configuration and maintenance. Performs system integration testing of operating systems, related utilities and hardware. Other duties as assigned.
Salary : $80,000 - $84,000
