Job Description
An HVAC Manufacturing Representative is seeking a part-time Accounting/Data Entry Assistant to join their Accounting team in Bellevue, WA. This person would be helping to manage basic data entry for accounting and invoicing data points, run reports, and maintain documentation. This person will work heavily within Excell as well as Sage 100 for reporting and keeping track of invoices, coding, and expenses. This person will need to have strong attention to detail and accuracy due to the data they are managing. This role is required to work 4-5 days onsite in Bellevue, WA, and will be expected to work around 3-4 hours per day.
Required Skills & Experience
3 years of Data Entry experience
Experience managing Excel data
Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data
Ability to work onsite in Bellevue, WA 4 days a week
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with basic accounting / invoicing
While on contract, this role will pay between 20 - 26/hr. depending on years of experience.
Salary : $20 - $26
