Data Analyst
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with over 3 years of experience to support our reporting and compliance initiatives, specifically focused on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws across multiple U.S. states. This role will combine expertise in master data management, data quality, and reporting to help internal stakeholders understand regulatory obligations related to packaging and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage a comprehensive portfolio of product master data, including associated Bills of Materials (BOM) for packaging.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to track and forecast state-level obligations under EPR legislation.
- Execute and troubleshoot SQL scripts to support data validation, profiling, and reporting accuracy.
- Serve as a data steward by identifying data gaps, tracing data to source systems, validating inputs, and documenting business and technical assumptions.
- Ensure adherence to data standards, data governance protocols, and quality benchmarks across systems and teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, with a focus on reporting and data stewardship.
- Proficiency in Power BI and hands-on experience building and maintaining visualizations.
- Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to run scripts and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM), data quality practices, and data governance frameworks.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
