Job Summary
The Contract Analyst III supports major nuclear projects by managing contract administration, invoice tracking, and contract documentation. This role works closely with Project Managers, Procurement, and Contracts teams to ensure contract terms, milestones, and payments are accurately tracked and maintained. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in contract administration and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain contract data in systems
- Track contract milestones, invoice approvals, amendments, and closeout activities
- Review invoices against contract terms, scope of work, and project milestones
- Monitor contract performance and maintain contract records/documentation
- Prepare contract requisitions, change requests, and status reports
- Create and manage action logs for contracts, invoices, and project deliverables
- Support Project Managers and Procurement with contract scope, schedule, cost, and reporting activities
- Assist with reviewing and summarizing contract language, terms, and conditions
- Develop presentations and maintain confidentiality of supplier pricing information
Must-Haves
- 3 years of contract administration, contract analyst, procurement, or related experience
- Experience reviewing invoices against contract terms, scope, and milestones
- Strong understanding of contracts, terms and conditions, and contract documentation
- Advanced Excel skills (tracking, reporting, data analysis, spreadsheets)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Plusses
- Experience supporting large capital projects, utilities, energy, construction, engineering, or industrial environments
- Nuclear industry experience
- Paralegal background or experience reviewing legal contract language
- Experience with SAP, SharePoint, or contract management systems
- Experience supporting procurement or project controls teams
Ideal Candidate
Someone who has worked in a contract administration or contract analyst capacity and is comfortable managing invoices, milestones, and contract documentation in a highly regulated environment. Utility, energy, engineering, construction, or industrial project experience would translate well, but strong contract administration experience from another industry can also be successful.
Salary : $40 - $45
