Highly unique & well established global company located in Rock Hill, SC is looking for a Contracts Specialist to assist their Contracts and Program Managers in day to day set up, management and execution of project delivery. This will include executing project management processes such as routine customer, supplier and stakeholder engagement, recording of project costs, managing logistics and customer and supplier invoicing.
What you will be doing:
• Supporting project compliance reporting, such as Individual Subcontract Reports (ISRs), Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Status Report and maintaining the commercial compliance matrix.
• Managing the inventory process to include shipping and receipting.
• Liaising with the project team and functional heads to help resolve process/procedural issues.
• Booking in of supplier equipment and invoices, ensuring the project costs are allocated correctly.
• Raising Customer invoices when milestones are achieved.
• Managing logistics and the shipping and tracking of equipment.
• As required by the Project Manager, maintaining contact with suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Identifying and championing process improvements.
• Any other such duties that may be reasonably compatible with the nature and scope of the role.
What we're looking for:
• Process orientated with a high degree of compliance bias.
• Experience and confidence in managing logistics.
• A positive ‘can do’ approach with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• High level of computer literacy to include Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
