Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout. What You’ll Do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
• Oversee mechanical scopes including HVAC, piping, plumbing, and process piping systems
• Monitor and control project costs, change orders, and scope adjustments
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, and industry best practices
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and field personnel to maintain transparency and alignment
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions
• Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining accountability across project teams

Qualifications

• Mechanical Contractor Experience
• Large scale commercial construction experience (data, center, semiconductor, biopharm, hospitals etc)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Skill in project management monitoring, in addressing changes in scope and budget, and in the use of a computer and applicable software.
• Strong understanding and emphasis on Safe Work Practices and Quality Installations
• At least five years of related experience in HVAC, Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, and Process Piping.
