What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
- Oversee mechanical scopes including HVAC, piping, plumbing, and process piping systems
- Monitor and control project costs, change orders, and scope adjustments
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, and industry best practices
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and field personnel to maintain transparency and alignment
- Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions
- Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining accountability across project teams
Qualifications
- Mechanical Contractor Experience
- Large scale commercial construction experience (data, center, semiconductor, biopharm, hospitals etc)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Skill in project management monitoring, in addressing changes in scope and budget, and in the use of a computer and applicable software.
- Strong understanding and emphasis on Safe Work Practices and Quality Installations
- At least five years of related experience in HVAC, Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, and Process Piping.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
