We are seeking a Commercial Analyst who is highly oriented toward Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and passionate about driving product growth. This role will focus on customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and supporting end-to-end growth programs in collaboration with the Commercial Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Commercial Manager to design and execute GTM motions for new and existing products.
- Conduct customer segmentation analysis to identify high-value cohorts and optimize targeting strategies.
- Perform cohort analysis to track performance and inform growth initiatives.
- Support branded checkout initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver insights that drive product growth and revenue acceleration.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to GTM execution and product adoption.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Strong understanding of GTM strategies and growth programs.
- Experience in SMB markets or payments industry (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with payment systems and complexities is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis, including segmentation and cohort modeling.
- Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations for commercial teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation: $40-$45/hour
