CNC Lathe Machinists

Job Description:Made in America is hiring six CNC Mill Machinists to join our growing team. This position involves setting up and operating Haas CNC mills (including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines) to produce complex, tight-tolerance parts for high-end manufacturing projects. You’ll work in a collaborative environment with exposure to advanced machining techniques and challenging materials.What You’ll Do:Set up and operate Haas CNC mills (3-, 4-, and 5-axis) for precision machining.Interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements to ensure parts meet specifications.Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, depth gauges, and indicators.Handle high-mix, low-volume production (90–100 different products).Work with challenging materials: Inconel, Monel, Nickel, Titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, and tool steel.Maintain quality standards and adhere to ITAR compliance.Collaborate with team members to optimize setups and improve processes. Qualifications:5 years of experience setting up and operating Haas CNC mills (preferably 5-axis).Strong understanding of G-code and ability to perform manual programming.Familiarity with tight tolerances (±0.001”) and GD&T principles.Ability to read and interpret complex drawings.Skilled in using precision measurement tools and completing inspection sheets.Humble, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.(3 years of experience considered for strong candidates.) Compensation & Benefits:Pay range: $25–$40/hr5 - 10 hours OT/weekMedical and 401(k) match
