About the Role
This role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Azure services to meet business and technical requirements while ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Azure-based cloud architectures for enterprise applications and infrastructure
- Define and enforce cloud governance, security policies, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ITOps, DevOps, Security) to deliver robust cloud solutions
- Lead migration strategies from on-premises to Azure, ensuring minimal downtime and risk
- Develop automation scripts and templates for infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform and ARM templates
Required Skills
- 7 years of experience with Azure Cloud
- Experience with CAF (cloud adoption framework)
- Experience moving a system from on-prem to the cloud
- Experience with Terraform
- Networking and security experience (PEPs, firewalls, DNS)
- API management experience
- Experience working in a financial or government regulated environment
Pay range: The hourly rate for this position is $95-$100 based on several factors including experience, education, etc.
