Job Description
Insight Global’s client is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to coordinate medical care for employees with work-related injuries. This individual will work with providers, adjusters, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure treatment is medically appropriate, cost-effective, and supports a timely return to work.
Responsibilities
- Manage an average caseload of 65–70 cases
- Review medical records and treatment plans for medical necessity
- Coordinate care and monitor injured employees’ recovery
- Partner with providers, adjusters, and employers on treatment and return-to-work plans
- Document case activity and maintain regulatory and quality compliance
- Identify barriers to recovery and help drive claims toward resolution
Required Qualifications
- Active Utah Compact RN License
- California RN License or currently obtaining
- 8 years of clinical nursing experience
- 3 years of Case Management experience
- BSN or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of workers’ compensation, utilization review, injury management, and return-to-work practices
- CCM certification or ability to obtain within 6–12 months
