Business Analyst – System Migration (Webex → Zoom)
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to lead the migration of our enterprise communication platform from Cisco Webex to Zoom. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner with IT, business stakeholders, and end-users to ensure a seamless transition.
What You’ll Do
- Gather requirements and document workflows for Zoom adoption
- Support migration planning, testing, and rollout phases
- Act as the liaison between technical teams and business units
- Drive change management and user training for smooth adoption
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of Business Analyst experience (system migrations preferred)
- Familiarity with Webex and Zoom platforms
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with enterprise integrations (SSO, calendars, collaboration tools)
