We’re looking for a Business Analyst to lead the migration of our enterprise communication platform from Cisco Webex to Zoom. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner with IT, business stakeholders, and end-users to ensure a seamless transition.

- Gather requirements and document workflows for Zoom adoption
- Support migration planning, testing, and rollout phases

🎓 What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of Business Analyst experience (system migrations preferred)
- Familiarity with Webex and Zoom platforms
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
