Building Automation Systems Technician!
Day-to-Day
Insight Global is looking for a service technician to join an intelligent building solutions company that have helped customers, including small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations, operate their buildings more efficiently for over 40 years.
- Provide solutions to increasingly complex system problems and lead others on how to resolve
- problems.
- Perform system maintenance on field controllers, servers and workstations and field hardware.
- Communicate issues and recommend system enhancements, upgrades, and/or repairs.
- Review and provide feedback of equipment to include scheduling and/or modifications needed.
- Implement time management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
SERVICE SIDE – Stronger understanding of HVAC. Servicing the actual building automation controls of buildings HVACs.
Must-Have
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Automation
- Experience troubleshooting HVAC or building automation systems
- Has navigated and integrated into a variety of building automation systems
Logistics
- Location: Traveling around Baltimore, MD
- Given Company car and gas card
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Report
- 7-year background check and drug test
- Schedule: On job site Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
- Pay Rates: Vary on years of experience
- $25/hr-$50/hr
