Job Description
An Insight Global customer is seeking to hire multiple BIM QA/QC Field Engineers for a hyper-scale advanced manufacturing project in Boise, ID. This person will be responsible for working in the field to validate trades/subcontractor installs to match design models. Responsibilities include using Navisworks to fly and manipulate models, using Procore to review model versions, confirming install locations, scanning materials, tracking revisions to completion, and working with Construction Managers and Superintendents to update models or installs to meet LOD500 specifications as needed. This is a yearlong contract opportunity with possible extensions.
Required Skills & Experience
- High School diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction preferred).
- Experience of QA/QC field experience in the construction, architecture, engineering or AEC industries.
- Experience using Procore or similar software to review model versions.
- Experience using Navisworks or similar software to fly models.
- Experience coordinating with project partners to adjust models and confirm installations on large scale projects.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience on advanced manufacturing projects such as semiconductor fabs, data centers, etc.
Salary : $50 - $65
