Day-to-Day:
- Prepare and submit Cost, Time & Material, Firm Fixed Price, Milestone, Progress Payment, and Performance-Based invoices
- Validate billed costs for allowability, accuracy, and contract compliance
- Compile invoice support documentation and tie billing to project reports
- Maintain billing matrices, project setup checklists, and billing schedules
- Assist with monthly AR billed/unbilled reconciliations
- Partner with Accounting to resolve cash application issues
- Support collections efforts for aged receivables
- Prepare audit-ready invoice packages for internal and external audits
- Maintain invoice archives and billing documentation
- Collaborate with Contracts, Program Management, Pricing, and Program Support teams
- Resolve billing, funding, contract modification, and revenue configuration issues
- Contribute to billing process improvements and system enhancements
