Job description:
Our client in the financial industry is seeking a temporary Receptionist to assist with the influx of customers during tax season. This person will be responsible for greeting clients, answering the phone, filing documents, scheduling appointments, etc. They must be able to fluently speak Spanish and English and comfortable coming onsite 6 days a week. This position will pay around $18/hr.
Hours: Monday-Friday 2-7pm, Saturday 9-4pm (32 hours)
Duration: January 5th-April 18th (4 months)
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Previous experience in an office management, administrative, or receptionist role
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
Salary : $18
