- Retail operations, supply chain, fulfillment, inventory management, merchandising, and store operations environments.
- Enterprise technology modernization, cloud migration, application transformation, and digital innovation initiatives.
- Program governance, milestone-based delivery, acceptance criteria management, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and delivery forecasting.
- Managing cross-functional dependencies, environment readiness, release governance, production deployments, and complex enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Leading portfolios spanning technology delivery, PMO services, managed services, quality engineering, and business transformation programs.
