Logistics:

- Compensation ranges per level and experience - $38/hr -$65/hr

- Exact rate is based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. The team hires in Levels 1-4 so rate is also contingent on hiring level.

Required Skills & Experience

- Familiarity with BCA commercial programs; DoD experience acceptable.

- Understanding of digital thread concepts and future-focused modeling practices.

Job Description: Join a global aerospace and defense leader at the Philadelphia Design Center (PDC) supporting major Boeing programs including 787, Air Force One, F-18, Space Launch Systems, Starliner, and 8F Freighter. This role blends traditional systems engineering with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) to drive certification and integration efforts across complex platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document mechanical and electrical system requirements using DOORS and related tools.
- Translate requirements into system architecture, hardware/software designs, and interface specifications.
- Create and maintain MBSE models (SysML/UML) using tools like Cameo Systems Modeler or similar.
- Support ECS subsystem certification by end of 2026 and integration of proprietary work into Ridley Park.
- Perform requirements modeling, architecture development, and lifecycle traceability.
- Coordinate with suppliers and monitor performance for compliance.
- Collaborate with Everett ECS team and internal stakeholders in CUI/proprietary environments.
- Mentor and lead team members; foster a collaborative, future-focused culture.
- Research emerging technologies for application to programs.
