Title: Sales Account Executive
Location: Tampa, FL- Camas, WA or Plano, TX – Fully onsite
- Hours for Camas, WA is 6-7am start time
Contract or Perm: PERM
Base Salary:
- Months 1-3: 50K
- Months 4-6: 40K
- Months 7 : 30K (Camas is 5K more for each)
- First Year OTE: 80K-100K
- Second Year OTE: 100K-140K
- Third Year OTE: 170K-220K
Must-haves
- Bachelors Degree
- Recent college graduate or up to 5 years of experience in outbound sales
- Ideal candidate is coming out of college, but they are open to candidates up to 5 years of experience for the right reasons
- Ideal candidate has heavy experience cold calling if they aren’t fresh out of college
- Think Solar Sales, Door to Door, True BDR level roles
- Sales Minded / Highly Competitive / Articulate / Strong comms
- Will need to pass Series 65 within first few months

Day-to-Day
Insight Global is looking for a Sales Account Executive to come join their clients team. These candidates will be communicating with high-net worth investors to arrange meetings with the clients regional sales partners. This is a heavy outbound call role (warm leads) and you get paid commission for every meeting that is set AND goes off. You will be making 200 pings per day to vetted out warm leads that the client will provide. Goal is to set 2 meetings per day, will be calling across the entire country.
