INOVA Federal Credit Union is seeking a creative, motivated, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career marketing professional looking to gain hands-on experience while building a long-term career in marketing.

The Marketing Coordinator will help develop and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, support organizational initiatives, and strengthen member engagement. Working alongside the Vice President of Marketing, this individual will contribute to digital advertising, website management, social media, graphic design, content creation, analytics, community outreach, and emerging AI-powered marketing initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Design engaging graphics, advertisements, social media content, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage and update website content using the organization's Content Management System (CMS).
• Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives and website optimization.
• Create, schedule, and manage content across the Credit Union's social media platforms while monitoring engagement and performance.
• Assist in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
• Monitor marketing performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), social media analytics, and other reporting tools.
• Develop reports measuring website traffic, campaign performance, digital advertising ROI, and member engagement.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns through CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and basic video editing for marketing campaigns, events, and member communications.
• Collaborate with branch staff and internal departments to support product launches, community events, promotions, and organizational initiatives.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with financial industry regulations and INOVA brand standards.
• Stay current on marketing trends, emerging technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital marketing best practices.
• Perform other marketing and communications duties as assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Internship, freelance, volunteer, or professional marketing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Experience creating graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• Experience managing social media accounts for a business, organization, internship, or college project.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and website analytics.
• Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Experience with photography, videography, and basic video editing.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Canva AI, or Adobe Firefly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Position Details

This is a full-time position located at INOVA Federal Credit Union's Corporate Office in Elkhart, Indiana. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday.

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with leadership and departments across the organization while supporting marketing initiatives that enhance the member experience and strengthen the INOVA brand.
