Superior Hardscapes is a design-build company specializing in high-end outdoor living spaces throughout Northern Indiana. We design and build custom fiberglass pools, patios, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, fireplaces, pavilions, and complete backyard transformations.

Position Overview

We're looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing & Content Coordinator to help showcase our work and grow the Superior Hardscapes brand.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys photography, videography, social media, and storytelling. You'll capture projects in the field, create engaging content, and help ensure our marketing reflects the quality of our work.

This is a flexible, part-time position averaging 15–20 hours per week with the opportunity for additional hours and growth as the company continues to expand.

Responsibilities

• Visit active jobsites to capture professional photos and videos.
• Photograph completed projects and highlight craftsmanship.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Edit reels, short-form videos, and project highlight videos.
• Update our website, online portfolio, and Google Business Profile.
• Assist with email marketing and other marketing campaigns.
• Organize and maintain a library of project photos and videos.
• Work with the owner to develop creative marketing ideas and content.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience with photography, videography, content creation, or social media marketing.
• Has strong communication and writing skills.
• Is organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Has an eye for detail and quality.
• Is comfortable visiting active construction sites.
• Has experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing software (preferred but not required).

Schedule

• Part-time (15–20 hours per week)
• Flexible scheduling
• Some weekday availability is required to visit active jobsites.
• Hours may vary slightly with the construction schedule.
• Winter months will focus more on content editing, website updates, marketing campaigns, and planning for the upcoming season.

Compensation

• $15–25 per hour, based on experience and portfolio.
