Role & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive critical care to ICU patients by assessing, monitoring, and operating life-support equipment. Administer complex medications, interpret advanced hemodynamic data, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with healthcare teams. Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately, while educating patients and families about treatments and recovery. Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures, adhere to infection control standards, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Require at least one year of recent ICU experience, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred CCRN, TNCC, NIHSS certifications. Must demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication, physical stamina, technical skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in English and PC skills essential.
