Role & Responsibilities: Provides critical care in the ICU, assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, managing advanced life support equipment, administering complex treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Ensures patient safety, documents interventions, and educates patients and families about treatments and recovery. Performs advanced hemodynamic monitoring, adheres to infection control protocols, participates in quality improvement, and maintains proficiency in critical care procedures.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires at least one year of ICU experience, valid RN license, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Preferred CCRN, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications. Must demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication, physical stamina, technical motor skills, and adaptability to high-pressure environments. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and possess visual acuity and effective communication skills.
