HELP DESK SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Innovien Solutions is currently hiring for an IT Support Admin to join as a resource for one of our clients within the Food Packaging industry that will be working onsite (5 days per week) sitting in Wilmington, NC. This Admin will be supporting troubleshooting responsibilities of label printers, desktops, and operating systems. Therefore, this Admin should possesses some professional experience in end support of applications within the O365 suite and basic desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting expertise.
HELP DESK SUPPORT SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in an end-user/desktop support position - Professional or Internship related experience (installing Microsoft updates, troubleshooting PC/Printer issues, & collaborating across various teams)
- At least 1 year of experience supporting O365 suite applications including setting up mailboxes, password resets, and network connectivity
- Proactive work ethic, eager to learn, and ability to access in a fast paced production environment
- Technical knowledge gained through education, certifications, or hands-on experience in a networking/software troubleshooting environment
- Exposure to IT tools through internships, school projects, lab work, or entry level roles
PLUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED):
- EntraID/Azure knowledge
- Experience with label printers, specifically Zebra label printers
- B.S. Degree in Information Technology
HELP DESK SUPPORT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess and troubleshoot various desktops, software, network, as well as factory and office equipment
- Complete end user requests including updating internet content using the CMS and basic HTML, creating label printer templates, online website accounts, setting up exchange on mobile devices, setting up VPN connections, and working with users to help troubleshoot VPN connection errors
- Responsible for desktop management including installing Microsoft updates, adding computers to domain, and running anti-virus.
