Our Client Service Representatives are the first and last impression for every client visit. In this role, you’ll support both our clients and veterinary team by creating a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment.

🐶 Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Greet clients and their pets warmly, check in appointments, and deliver a friendly, professional front desk experience
- Phone Management: Answer calls, schedule appointments, respond to general inquiries, and relay messages to the veterinary team
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and follow-up reminders using veterinary software
- Payment Processing: Handle invoicing, process payments, and review estimates with transparency and care
- Medical Record Management: Maintain accurate client and patient records and ensure proper documentation
- Client Communication: Provide basic education on services, vaccinations, and post-visit instructions
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with veterinary staff to ensure efficient patient care and communication
- Facility Upkeep: Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Experience: Previous customer service or receptionist experience required; veterinary or medical office experience highly preferred
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Flexible weekday and Saturday shifts within clinic hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM (rotating)
- Sunday: Closed
