Your Role as a Recruiter:

As an InnoSource Recruiter, your day will be varied and impactful. You will:

• Collaborate with Clients: Understand their job requirements and corporate culture to find the perfect candidates.
• Source Top Talent: Identify and engage the best candidates for our job openings in Ohio and across the U.S.
• Engage Candidates: Review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and reach out to passive candidates.
• Meet Deadlines: Work in a fast-paced environment to meet client needs and hire top-notch associates.
• Support Candidates: Coach and guide them through the transition to their new roles.
• Team Collaboration: Work together with your colleagues in a non-competitive, supportive environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1 or more years in Recruiting and/or Talent Acquisition (Retail and customer service experience will also be considered).
• Customer Service: Experience in a call center or contact center environment is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Skills: Strong communication skills are essential.
