We're looking for an energetic, guest-focused individual to join our recreation team. As a Pool & Recreation Attendant, you'll be the face of our outdoor amenities. Some of your tasks include keeping the pool area safe and welcoming, managing bike rentals, and leading guests through a variety of outdoor games and activities. This role is perfect for someone who loves being outside, working with people, and creating memorable experiences

Responsibilities

• Supervise the pool, beach, and surrounding recreation areas throughout each shift
• Greet guests and provide information on available activities and rentals
• Process bike rental check-outs, waivers, and returns; perform basic equipment inspections before each rental
• Set up, monitor, and break down outdoor game stations (cornhole, bocce ball, paddleball, volleyball, etc.)
• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations; respond to incidents calmly and appropriately
• Maintain accurate inventory of recreational equipment including bikes, life vests, pool toys, and game sets
• Ensure the pool deck, beach area, and game spaces are clean, safe, and well-organized at all times
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Must be available weekends and holidays
• Must be 16 years old
• CPR Certification preferred, select individuals will be provided with CPR Training
