Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Monitor and maintain proper pool chemical levels to ensure a safe swimming environment.
Clean and maintain pool areas, including removing debris and ensuring overall facility cleanliness.
Monitor and maintain pool pump and filtration systems to ensure proper operation.
Perform routine inspections of pool equipment and report any maintenance issues.
Follow all safety, health, and chemical handling procedures.
Assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming pool environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: No prior experience required; pool maintenance experience preferred.
Licenses: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform physical labor.
Working Conditions: Ability to work early mornings and in varying weather conditions, including handling pool chemicals safely.
