Key Responsibilities
- Execute and process investment transactions, including private equity, credit, and venture capital deals
- Prepare, review, and maintain transaction documentation, confirmations, and contracts
- Ensure timely and accurate settlement of all trades and investment activities
- Coordinate with internal teams, counterparties, custodians, and service providers to resolve transaction issues
- Monitor transaction workflows, deadlines, and milestones to identify potential risks or bottlenecks
- Maintain and update transaction tracking systems, dashboards, and reports
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, fund guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc execution reports for management and investment teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of investment transactions, trade processing, and operational workflows
- Experience or coursework in transaction execution, fund operations, or investment support (preferred but not required)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, workflow management, or reporting tools is a plus
