Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of financial transactions across trades, investments, or deals
- Coordinate execution workflows, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and external counterparties
- Ensure transaction details are accurately captured, reviewed, and approved prior to execution
- Monitor transaction progress and resolve execution or documentation issues
- Analyze execution outcomes, costs, and variances relative to expectations
- Assist with trade or deal confirmations, settlement coordination, and closing processes
- Support compliance checks, approvals, and execution controls
- Prepare execution summaries, reports, and post-transaction analyses for senior stakeholders
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to execution best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field
