Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor investment returns across portfolios, funds, or transactions
- Build and maintain models to evaluate IRR, MOIC, cash flows, and time-weighted returns
- Perform performance attribution and benchmarking against indices and peer groups
- Support evaluation of realized and unrealized investment outcomes
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess return drivers and downside risk
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Assist with portfolio reviews, investment committee materials, and client reporting
- Collaborate with investment, finance, and risk teams to ensure data accuracy and insight alignment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
- Strong interest in investment performance, portfolio analysis, and returns measurement
- Solid foundation in financial modeling and quantitative analysis
- Familiarity with return metrics such as IRR, NPV, MOIC, CAGR, and volatility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex performance insights clearly and concisely
- Prior internship or experience in investment banking, asset management, private equity, FP&A, or consulting is beneficial
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial data platforms
