Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Origination Associates to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

Once Approved, Deal Origination Associates
- Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary investment opportunities
- Work directly with capital allocators and sponsors on live transactions
- Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that successfully close
- Build a verified deal origination track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)
Approved Deal Origination Associates May
- Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
- Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
- Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)
- Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
- Support early-stage diligence handoff (financial modeling and underwriting are handled by analysts)
Eligible Deal Types
Based on approval, Deal Origination Associates may submit opportunities across:
- Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
- Private equity and growth equity transactions
- Operating businesses and special situations
- Structured or opportunistic investments
Compensation & Economics
- Success-based compensation only
- Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000 per closed transaction
- Compensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
- Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and origination role
- No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal flow
- Submit a Deal Origination Associate application and background details
- Complete verification and deal category approval
- Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
- Begin submitting qualified deals to the network
