Key Responsibilities
- Support transaction due diligence, including financial analysis, unit economics, and capitalization structures
- Build and review financial models, scenario analyses, and investment return profiles
- Analyze historical and projected financials to assess sustainability and scalability
- Assist with investment memoranda and materials for investment committee review
- Evaluate deal terms, valuation mechanics, and ownership outcomes
- Track deal pipelines and support transaction execution workflows
- Coordinate with external advisors (legal, accounting, diligence providers)
- Monitor post-investment performance and help track portfolio KPIs
- Support LP reporting and internal transaction documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related analytical discipline
- Strong interest in venture capital, private markets, and transaction execution
- Experience in transaction advisory, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or venture internships is helpful
- Solid financial modeling and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and comfort working with complex financial data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple deals simultaneously
